Return Policy

We hope you will be pleased with everything you bought from us, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase or have changed your mind we are happy to accept return subject to our terms and conditions 

You can return unwanted product within 30 days from date of receipt. To eligible for return, item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. We reserve right to refuse exchange or refund if products are not returned in saleable condition or are damaged.  Piercing jewellery e.g. earrings can be returned or exchanged if not removed from its original sealed clear plastic bag.
In order to return the unwanted items, firstly email us at info@theopal.co.uk and notify your order no, item you want to return and the reason for return. We will then issue an RMA number. Customer will be liable to pay return postage.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting item, we will notify you status of refund. If your refund is approved, we will refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 -5 working days depending on your card issuer's policy. Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.

Shipping / Delivery Charge

Delivery charge is not refundable.

Damaged / Wrong Products

We take reasonable care while picking, packing and despatching every order. We check every product to ensure it is in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged / wrong product or any product is missing in your order, you will need to notify us within 7 days of you receive your order. We will send replacement product subject to stock availability or issue refund for product value.
